What’s the course about?
The course will help you to find peace, calm and the ability to switch off and unwind. You’ll understand where your feelings of stress and anxiety are coming from and feel reassured that you are in control of how you feel.
The simple but very effective relaxation techniques and strategies you’ll learn will help you to feel calm, positive and in control, with a quiet mind. You’ll understand how to build relaxation easily into your life knowing that by looking after yourself you’ll feel better and enjoy life more.
What do I need to know?
- The course has six sessions each with a short video, notes, ‘How To’ guides and practical exercises.
- Every session also has a relaxation recording so you can put your feet up, shut out the world and take some time for yourself to unwind and relax.
- The course is online and you can work through it at your own pace.
