I discovered hypnotherapy by chance some years ago when I was struggling with stress and anxiety. The positive impact of those sessions has stayed with me to this day – they even inspired me to train and become a hypnotherapist!
I chose the name Aurora, meaning dawn, as the name for my practice as hypnotherapy can mean a fresh new start for anyone who wants to make a positive change in their lives. My practice is warm, caring and empowering and I’d love to help you achieve the changes that are right for you.
